Located about 33 miles south of Fort Worth, we sit on the south end off the Hwy. 377 strip, surrounded by the beautiful Granbury Lake. We now proudly serve Certified Angus Beef (r) Brand steaks, chicken fried steaks & burgers, cooked to perfection. We still make our home-recipes fresh daily, and have recently introduced a few new favorites from our family recipe vault. At Hoffbrau Steak & Grill House, we take pride in our full-service bar featuring iced cold beer favorites, our own line of specialty margaritas & a wide variety of wines. Our Granbury location does not have a private party room, but we are happy to accommodate large parties. Please contact our our restaurant directly to learn more. Ribeyes were so thin you could almost see through them and not alot of flavor. Over the last few visits the food quality has gone downhill as far as I'm concerned. Don't think we will be back.

This place is awesome!! My favorite steak place in the area. The quality and taste of the steak is so good, and the price is out of this world. 2 people 2 steaks 2 bake potatoes with their awesome bread and we walked out paying less than $50 bucks. Can't ask for better deal than that.

My 1st time to this location was a couple months ago and I will definitely be back. There was no one to greet me when I sat down but someone made sure I was taken care of and apparently it was one of the managers. He greeted me, got me a water and a menu until the server could get to me. I saw him helping several other people that night. He was taking orders, delivering food, etc. That is always the sign of a good manager. This place is run like a well oiled machine and I never had to want for anything. My food was delicious and came out hot. As busy as it was, I didn't have to wait that long. It is hard to find great service and great food in the same place anymore but this restaurant has both.

Our waitstaff was nice and the food was good. Pricing was reasonable when compared with other steakhouses and the menu isn't overwhelming. I also appreciated that they don't light the place like a cave.

One of my favorite steak houses in DFW area. Every time I visit friends here, this place is a must! Each time I've dined at Hoffbrau, I've had a good experience and thoroughly enjoyed the food. This visit, we were celebrating my friend's anniversary so we splurged on appetizers and adult beverages to complete our feast. As usual, the kitchen prepped everything to mouthwatering perfection. The drinks were excellent, and we appreciated the flavor variety of their margaritas. Our table server did seem a bit preoccupied throughout the meal but still handled our needs adequately. (To be fair, it was near closing time when we were finishing up.) All in all it was a fun and pleasant evening; a great place to enjoy friends, family, and food!

I took my daughter here for her 18th birthday. She had never been there. It was a big hit. Our server was great. I do not remember her name since I am doing this review a month later. I will definitely be back. Love the atmosphere and the food is great, especially the ROLLS!

Definitely recommend you go!! AND SOON!😄 Wednesday happy hour $3 wine, $4 margaritas and half price apps. The steak was juicy and very tender. Not too many restaurants can get fried mushrooms right but theirs is on the money. We TRULY enjoyed our experience.

We enjoy eating out. Yesterday we came to this delicious place which we didn’t know before. We passed a beautiful time there with great dishes and an efficient team and a professional chef. We put this fine restaurant in our list and we will definitely return very soon. We highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. We enjoyed our meal. Wait time was under 10 mins for the appetizers. The manager Grace was very sweet and had a lovely personality. The steaks were sumptuous, the drinks were delicious. We will definitely make this one place one of our A-1 go to spots.
